ICED VIETNAMESE COFFEE (CA PHE SUA DA): Add 30g of sweetened condensed milk into a glass. Add 15g of Sidapur French Press Coffee powder into the Filter Chamber. Push down the Filter Press on to the coffee to compress. Place Saucer on top of the glass with condensed milk and the Filter Chamber on the Saucer. Splash some hot water over the Filter Press and wait until it is absorbed. Add 75 ml of hot water and cover the Filter Chamber with Cap. In 5 - 7 minutes, the Coffee will fully drip onto the condensed milk. Stir well. Pour onto a glass filled with ice cubes. Take tiny sips to enjoy this strong, flavourful and sweet beverage.

SOUTH INDIAN FILTER COFFEE (2 Cups): Add 20g of Sidapur - South Indian Filter Coffee or Pure Filter Coffee into the Filter Chamber. Push the Filter Press down on to the coffee to compress. Place Saucer on top of a glass and the Filter Chamber on the Saucer. Splash some hot water over the Filter Press and wait until it is absorbed. Add 100 ml hot water and cover Filter Chamber with Cap. In 10 min the the entire Coffee decoction (60 ml) will drip into glass below. Add 90 ml freshly boiled undiluted milk to 30 ml decoction. However, let your taste buds guide you in this ratio. Add sugar to taste and froth your Coffee. Enjoy your South Indian Filter Coffee in a Dabara.
