Tropical Bloom is a single-estate Arabica Natural crafted from carefully selected cherries of the SL9 and Chandragiri varietals grown at our award-winning Elkhill Estates in Coorg. Slow-dried in the shade on raised beds, the coffee develops its vibrant tropical character, gentle sweetness, and beautifully balanced structure while preserving the clarity and freshness of its fruit expression. The name reflects both the lively tropical notes that define the cup and the unhurried rhythm of the process that shapes it.
Bright, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, this coffee reveals layers of pomelo and pomegranate complemented by notes of roasted nuts and chocolate. A syrupy body lends richness and texture, carrying the fruit character with elegance and refinement. Delicate citrus sweetness and soft lingering aromatics accompany a clean, expressive finish, creating a cup of remarkable depth, clarity, and poise from first sip to last.
Carefully crafted through a traditional natural process, this coffee begins with meticulously selected, fully ripe cherries that are sorted and washed to ensure only the finest fruit is chosen. The cherries are then slowly dried on shaded raised beds for approximately 20 days, allowing their flavours to develop gradually and harmoniously. This unhurried process enhances sweetness, body, and vibrant fruit character, resulting in a beautifully balanced cup distinguished by its clarity, complexity, and refined expression.
