Scarlet Moon single-estate, anaerobically fermented Arabica Naturals is crafted with patience, precision, and an unwavering attention to detail. Produced from carefully selected, fully ripe cherries of the SL9 and Chandragiri varietals grown at our award-winning Elkhill Estates in Coorg, the coffee undergoes an extended anaerobic fermentation followed by slow drying on raised beds, developing its distinctive fruit-forward character, layered sweetness, and remarkable depth. The name reflects both its vibrant fruit-forward profile and the measured rhythm of the process that shapes it.
Bright, vibrant, and beautifully expressive, this coffee reveals layers of ripe papaya and mixed berries carried by a juicy, full-bodied texture. Sweet, lingering aromatics accompany a refined fruit-driven finish, creating a cup of remarkable clarity, elegance, and depth that unfolds gracefully from first sip to last.
Patiently crafted through an extended anaerobic natural process, this coffee undergoes a 60-hour controlled fermentation that enhances its vibrant fruit expression and layered complexity. Slow-dried on raised beds for 25 days, the cherries develop their character gradually, yielding a beautifully balanced cup distinguished by its sweetness, clarity, and refined depth.
