Produced from carefully selected, fully ripe cherries of the SL9 and Chandragiri varietals grown at our award-winning Elkhill Estates in Coorg, the coffee undergoes an extended anaerobic fermentation followed by slow drying on raised beds, developing its distinctive fruit-forward character, layered sweetness, and remarkable depth. The name reflects both its vibrant fruit-forward profile and the measured rhythm of the process that shapes it.

Bright, vibrant, and beautifully expressive, this coffee reveals layers of ripe papaya and mixed berries carried by a juicy, full-bodied texture. Sweet, lingering aromatics accompany a refined fruit-driven finish, creating a cup of remarkable clarity, elegance, and depth that unfolds gracefully from first sip to last.

Patiently crafted through an extended anaerobic natural process, this coffee undergoes a 60-hour controlled fermentation that enhances its vibrant fruit expression and layered complexity. Slow-dried on raised beds for 25 days, the cherries develop their character gradually, yielding a beautifully balanced cup distinguished by its sweetness, clarity, and refined depth.
