Harvested from the lush coffee- and spice-growing hills of Coorg, nestled in the heart of the Western Ghats, this Wild Honey is infused with the rich flavors of native wild blossoms, reflecting the purity and richness of the region’s forests. Collected by a community of indigenous honey gatherers, this Coorg Wild Honey is harvested in limited quantities from wild forest hives. Raw and unprocessed, it retains suspended pollen that gives the honey its naturally cloudy appearance, a true sign of its pure and untouched form.

Introducing

Coorg Wild Honey - Multifloral

From the forests and flowering hills of Coorg. Wild, layered, deeply rooted in the Western Ghats.

Taste Profile

Golden amber in colour with a warm floral aroma. Notes of wild blossoms, forest nectar, soft caramel and spice unfold slowly on the palate, finishing smooth and lingering. Complex yet familiar, this is a honey shaped by the biodiversity of the forests it comes from.

Best with warm toast, black tea, yoghurt, roasted nuts, aged cheeses. Its rounded sweetness makes it especially versatile for everyday use.

Multifloral seasonality

As the seasons shift across the forested hills of Coorg, the bees move freely between wild blossoms and flowering shade trees. The honey they create takes on the character of the season itself. Layered, rounded, and quietly expressive of the nectar gathered at that moment in time. With each flowering cycle, its flavour changes subtly, carrying the ever-shifting moods of the land.

Left raw and minimally processed, it retains its natural enzymes, pollen, and much of the richness gathered across the flowering season.

storage

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Crystallisation over time is natural and a sign of pure, minimally processed honey. Place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid form. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
