Terra Intensa is a blend of organic Arabica and Robusta from the Tipperary and Elkhill estates, combining fermented washed Arabica with anaerobic fermented naturals. Roasted to a medium dark profile, the coffee brings together depth, sweetness, and citrus brightness in a cup that feels rich, smooth, and layered.

Notes of dark chocolate and warm brown spice form the foundation of the cup, while mandarin-like citrus adds vibrancy and lift to the deeper flavour profile. The result is a balanced and expressive coffee with a lingering sweetness that carries gently through the finish.

The defining notes in Terra Intensa are dark chocolate, brown spice, mandarin, and a lingering sweet aftertaste. Rich cocoa-like flavours create a deep and rounded base, while gentle spice adds warmth and structure throughout the cup.

Bright mandarin notes bring balance and clarity to the darker flavour tones, allowing the coffee to feel smooth yet lively. The sweetness remains present through the finish, leaving behind a soft and lasting aftertaste.

Terra Intensa combines fermented washed Arabica with anaerobic fermented naturals, bringing together two distinct processing approaches within a single blend. The washed component contributes clarity and balance, while the anaerobic natural component adds sweetness, body, and fruit character to the cup.

Following processing, the coffees are dried gradually before being roasted to a medium dark profile, allowing the chocolate depth, spice notes, and citrus brightness to come together in a balanced and refined expression.
