Terra Intensa is a blend of organic Arabica and Robusta from the Tipperary and Elkhill estates, combining fermented washed Arabica with anaerobic fermented naturals. Roasted to a medium dark profile, the coffee brings together depth, sweetness, and citrus brightness in a cup that feels rich, smooth, and layered.
Notes of dark chocolate and warm brown spice form the foundation of the cup, while mandarin-like citrus adds vibrancy and lift to the deeper flavour profile. The result is a balanced and expressive coffee with a lingering sweetness that carries gently through the finish.
The defining notes in Terra Intensa are dark chocolate, brown spice, mandarin, and a lingering sweet aftertaste. Rich cocoa-like flavours create a deep and rounded base, while gentle spice adds warmth and structure throughout the cup.
