Pure Harmony is an organic fermented washed Arabica produced at the Tipperary Estate using SL9, Chandragiri, and SL795 varietals. Roasted to a medium dark profile, this coffee offers a balance of depth, sweetness, and bright citrus character while remaining versatile across a range of brewing methods.
The cup opens with notes of cacao nibs and warm brown spice, followed by pomelo and sweet citrus that bring brightness and lift to the profile. The result is a cup that feels rich, balanced, and approachable, with layered flavours that carry through beautifully from the first sip to the finish.

For this organic fermented washed lot, ripe Arabica cherries are carefully selected before undergoing washed processing with a controlled fermentation stage. Following fermentation, the coffee is washed and dried gradually to preserve clarity and structure within the final cup.
This post-harvest approach allows the coffee to develop its layered flavour profile while maintaining the brightness and character of a fermented washed Arabica.
