Introducing
Malnad Wild Honey - Multifloral
From the evergreen rainforests of Malnad. Shaped by the forests of the Western Ghats.
Taste Profile
Deep amber in colour with notes of wildflowers, forest nectar, warm spice, and soft caramel. Rich, rounded, and slowly lingering on the palate, this is a honey shaped by the biodiversity and untouched richness of the rainforest it comes from.
Best with warm milk, black tea, toasted bread, roasted nuts, aged cheeses. Its depth and rounded sweetness make it especially comforting for everyday use.
multifloral seasonality
As the seasons shift across the forested hills of the Malnad rainforest, the bees move freely between wild blossoms and flowering shade trees. The honey they create takes on the character of the season itself. Layered, rounded, and quietly expressive of the nectar gathered at that moment in time. With each flowering cycle, its flavour changes subtly, carrying the ever-shifting moods of the land.
Left raw and minimally processed, it retains its natural enzymes, pollen, and much of the richness gathered across the flowering season.
storage
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Crystallisation over time is natural and a sign of pure, minimally processed honey. Place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid form. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
